My name is Angharad, a former midwife, Hypnobirth instructor, Doula and mum to three beautiful daughters! I am passionate about all things pregnancy and birth and it is my wish that all mothers can enjoy and feel safe in the knowledge that there is no right way to give birth, but by taking charge and being proactive we can all have a positive birth experience that both empowers and enlightens us and all who surround us, no matter what path our birth story might take.
