This workshop is perfect for anyone who has recently completed a hypnobirthing course and would like a refresher or if you are nearing the end of your pregnancy and you'd like to feel empowered before your baby's birth.

You will receive one 3 hour condensed hypnobirthing workshop where we will look at some deep breathing exercises, quick relaxation skills with access to a guided relaxation and birth script.
