During these unprecedented and difficult times it feels more important than ever to recognise how important you are in your pregnancy and birth. Whilst you may feel alone and unable to access all the care you might have hoped for during your pregnancy and birth please know that this is not the case. As a former midwife, doula, hypnobirthing practitioner and mum to three I am here and able to offer you my support through online sessions, to help you prepare for and be empowered by your very own birth story. I can help you with lovely relaxations and talk you through all things labour and birth. I can support you and your partner over the phone whilst you are in labour and be a phone call away in those early days with a newborn.
